My Sister (15mins) Yen Ooi'sbeautifully conceived and photographed vignette tells of a young Chinese'australian girl who's struggling with her cultural identity. Birthday Boy (9mins) During the Korean War, little Manuk plays on the streets of his deserted village, imagining that he's at the front. Everything Goes (17mins) Based on a Raymond Carver story, this films sees Ray selling everything connected with his broken marriage. We Have Decided Not to Die (11mins) A story of three characters' modern day journeys of transcendence. Winner of the Prix du Public, Clermont-Ferrand.Deluge (7mins) A father and his two sons undertake the task of winter maintenance at the local swimming pool complex. Special Jury Prize Winner at Clermont-Ferrand.Heartworm (15mins) Daniel has a crush that has taken over his life. To make matters worse, he's moving into a street with her name. Mona Lisa (14mins) Widow Helen and her son George, 34, struggle with the intensity and intimacy of their co-dependent lives.
