A music-based comedy with surreal undertones showing the dismal suburban environment of an "average" family. On this particular morning music starts as a pulse and affects each member of the family in a different fashion.
For the father the music initially releases and then overwhelms him on his way to work, for the wife it becomes a counterpoint for drudgery and chores; and for the son it moves him into new excesses.
The father's journey to work begins in a light-hearted fashion, but by the time he arrives at his office, the mood has changed. The music has taken over, obsessively.
