Who says market research is useless? This crazy little parable, inspired by a Jules Feiffer story, suggests it can change your life. The scruffily engaging and self-possessed juvenile heroine (Bianca Nicholas) narrates the story of her fateful encounter with a monstrous market researcher in a frenetically paced monologue, which is shot in constantly shifting locations and interspersed with luridly detailed dramatic recreation. In a few fast and furious minutes, this film deftly combines absurd comedy character study and a satisfying revenge drama.
