A young man searches for an apprenticeship in the outer suburbs of Melbourne, where opportunities are limited and the future seems out of reach.

This short film by David Easteal – who won the Emerging Australian Filmmaker Award at MIFF in 2015, and whose debut feature The Plains also screens at this year’s festival – explores the frustration of unemployment and listlessness while going through the motions of everyday life.
