Director Gabrielle Demers creates a simmering air of tension, but any fears we might harbour for Victor’s safety are unfounded. Featuring a gorgeous performance from neurodivergent actor Patrick Dorneval in his screen debut, Blond Night is a sweet and surprisingly tender exploration of autonomy, desire and intimacy.
